Head Start program staff can watch these sessions from the 2021 Family Economic Mobility Institute to increase their ability to partner with families and support improved family well-being and economic stability during the pandemic and beyond.

Topics for the Institute include:

• Leveraging the Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Framework, tools, and resources to improve outcomes and results for families and their children, including increasing employment opportunities and reducing intergenerational poverty
• Learning approaches for strengthening staff comfort, confidence, and skills in having sensitive financial conversations with families
• Exploring the benefits families experience from connecting with a variety of people and resources that support upward economic mobility
• Making sure families have the economic and social supports needed to access educational and employment opportunities, vocational skills and training, and career pathways
