Michelle Dabney

–  Michelle Dabney, former Head Start student, Newark, NJ

I am a graduate of Project Head Start at 9-17th Ave., Newark, NJ, June 28, 1968. I was looking through some old boxes and found my graduation certificate. If it wasn't for this program, I do not know how my life would have ended up. Thank you for continuing the work that you do to help those families that need a helping hand and not a handout. Next week, I will be graduating in New Orleans and will receive my Master’s in Science in human behavior studies. Thank you for planting a seed within me and also giving me the head start for continued success.
