Luz: Now her main focus is fine motor skills, so that's one of the things that we're going to be working with these visits.
Griselda: Bravo!
Luz: Bravo! For the fine motor skills, Griselda picked the activity for scribbling. She had this box wrapped up and with white paper, so we popped in the crayons, and then since he's into putting things in and out, she had the bottle and the spoons.
Griselda: Dos.
Luz: Yay! Yay!
Griselda: Bravo!
Luz: He was very excited even doing that activity, just putting the spoons in and out.
Luz: One more! Some of the skills that he was working on — the tearing off the paper ... And then at the end where he was peeling off the tape, another fine motor skill. Bravo! And for sensory, adding different objects to the box, that way he could hear all the different types of sounds. And you could just wrap small boxes if you have, like, tissue boxes, anything, wrap them up, and put things in there, and shake them. That way letting him explore with different sounds.
