Teacher: And then positioning on the floor, that we have the environment being our fourth teacher. And we are fortunate to have the three full - time folks. But if we have one person engaged, or even two teachers engaged, in a small group, and then the third person to monitor the floor and to keep kids moving and going.
Teacher 2: I think it will help us communicate with each other. Intentionally, each teacher can keep an eye on. If one teacher is busy with two children and other teacher's watching from far away, they can get other kids and engage them somewhere else, it is more effective.
Teacher: Yes.
