Khari Garvin: Hey, everybody. Khari Garvin, OHS director here. Happy 58th birthday, Head Start. Look how you've grown over the years. One million children. 12 billion dollars. All 50 states. Many U.S. territories. Not bad for a program that started out as an 8-week summer program serving just 560,000 children. Let's make it a good 58th year.
