Each staff member assigned to an emergency role should know the preparedness, response, and recovery actions for their position. Note that programs may use different titles to identify these key leadership roles:
- Incident Leader
- Facilities Safety Lead
- Communication Lead
- Transportation Lead
- Mental Health Lead
- Attendance and Reunification Lead
- Learning and Care Lead
- Supplies Lead
- First Aid Lead
Staff may also use these sheets to practice scenarios during tabletop exercises, and to review what worked well and find areas for improvement after drills.
