3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, and 1 green)
1 stalk of celery
3 ounces low-fat cream cheese
Directions
- Cut the peppers into circles.
- Cut the celery stack into thirds.
- Spread the cream cheese into each of the celery pieces.
- Place 1 red, yellow, and green bell pepper circle into the cream cheese to form a stoplight.
