Ingredients

1 cup orange slices

1 cup pineapple chunks

1 cup low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt

Directions

1. Cut the orange slices into chunks.
2. Layer the pineapple chunks and then the orange chunks in a small glass.
3. Spoon yogurt on top of the fruit.
